The term “digital asset securities” refers to an asset that meets the definition of a "security" under the federal securities laws and that is issued and/or transferred using distributed ledger or blockchain technology, including, but not limited to “virtual currencies,” "crypto(currency)," "stablecoins," “coins,” and “tokens.”
